Yesterday I had a strange morning, first of all after I red a post in the Gathering Ground, I got to know in internet, that cases of tick bites doubled in the last 10 years in many countries. It sounded scary in a way at the first feeling.
Then I was finally assured about one conversation on social media, that it was a malicious bot, which wanted to steal my work, while I thought, it could be a nice new contact. Following I red about the new kind of digital danger.
It looked like I collected some information about new kinds of dangers one after the other. I asked myself what is coming next?
As I navigated in the wind storm back from the supermarket with full hands, I lost alertness for a second and the wind successfully shattered my body, but I managed to keep balancing. Living in the windy steppe regions means to learn early as a child how to go through a wind storm. As if my body knows every right step, about which I have no awareness.
However the most interesting part started, as I turned the corner and I saw a small beautiful dove with green neck, standing tough on the ground against the wind, looks like, for a moment he had no ability to fly away. I was very inspired about this unexpected meeting, only later as I came to my door already, I recognized, that maybe he needed help, so I got scared a bit and started to blame myself not to react quickly, in spite of the fact, that my intuition said, they are totally fine. I came down, nevertheless they were already away. I think they relocated to a safer place during one of the breaks between blasts of wind, since the most windy area is near to high buildings.
I really hope the best for them. Anyway I thought if such a small bird can navigate wind, that can bring an adult woman out of balance, shouldn't we humans face any kind of new danger with resilient courage, wich is always within us? I think, the most people are not aware about, how incredibly resilient we humans are. Since we put in our society often not the proper attention to those luxurious treasures, with wich we are blessed out of love "gratuitously". This ability to cope, to adapt, to balance. Is it not a magical one? And this sparkle of magic is maybe the beginning of courage, which is always stronger as any fear?
And maybe life is very alike to the navigation through a wind storm in the end ...
