One day the woman were listening to the complaints of the villagers so thoroughly, that she lost her power completely and fell asleep. As she awoke, all people, who were around her disappeared and the whole village as well. "How strange", she thought. The water swooshed mildly in the near distance, the maiden turned the head and found a river were finding here way to the north-west. She walked to the singing streams and jumped into it to search for any interesting stone on the bottom, the chain mail rusted immediately and fell apart. "It turns out... My shoulders are so relieved. It was easier without it from the beginning. Anyway I didn't know..." After she became a water spirit, she spend years under the water.

Once the water spirit thought, she would miss something. She was surrounded by fishes and some etherial creatures crossed her way time to time. She swom nearer to the surface of the water and lifted her head out surprisingly for herself — some people gathered on the river bank and laughed. "They are somehow different... The spirit emerged from the river and turned to be a human, the young woman found a burning torch in her hand, which she handed over to the friendly crowd of unknown people.
